ANNUAL AWARDS

 

A company hosted awards ceremony in recognition of the achievements and efforts put forth by real estate agents over the previous year. This event had always revolved around a chosen theme, but this year we took the theme back to the heart of the company. We chose to celebrate the mission, core values, and foundation on which Iowa Realty was built.

Presentation Creation + Design || Coordinated materials from eight different presenters into a custom designed Powerpoint layout.

Iowa Realty Social Video || A creative piece that highlights the good the company does beyond the walls of the offices. The video made its first appearance as part of the ceremony program and was created with intent for all employees to share via social media.

Awards Design || Included creative work for five unique certificates, two types of metal veneer award tiles, multiple glass-etched trophies, as well as statue trophies.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Centerpiece Design || Developed with simple elegance in mind, these groupings were created from ink print on opaque velum, a medium weight paper with enough durability to stand on its own. Each pillar featured unique aspects of the Iowa Realty brand and were designed to act as value proposition points for agents to leverage when attempting to secure listings and clients. Installation Design || These installations primarily acted as an addition to the set design but doubled as photo opportunities for attendees - a subtle reminder of what’s at the heart of the company and what makes it great.
