When a company builder partner approached 2019 with lofty goals and a new branding idea, we were all ears on the collaboration. In a modern culture where homebuyers seem to seek more than just a home, the focus of marketing shifted from the usual home features, upgrades and appliances to instead focus on neighborhoods, communities and amenities - in essence, marketing became more about the lifestyle. The branding shift also gave way to better targeted advertising for key demographics which allowed the leverage of experimental marketing tactics such as Spotify ads, streaming commercials, virtually staged + twilight photos, and Facebook ads centered around community. The efforts are proving effective as the partner has seen two record breaking months thus far in 2019.
