LEADING RE : REFERRAL EMAIL CAMPAIGN

 

Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) is a by-invitation-only network that focuses on raising the bar in real estate. Iowa Realty is fortunate to be a part of this network and over the last two years has increased their participation in the partnership. This monthly email campaign is one example of creating more consistent touches with the network of companies and their referral representatives. Needless to say, this campaign was designed with light-heartedness in mind. Though engagement was not particularly measurable, there was always 5-15 personal email responses from recipients, usually commenting back on a fun fact or CTA. Additionally, the campaign earned Iowa Realty an Honorable Mention Award in the Referral Promotions category at the 2018 LeadingRE Annual Conference.

2019 LeadingRE Email Campaign || With updated design and branding from the previous year, the primary messaging of this campaign revolved around unique holidays and happenings throughout the year.

 
 
 

LeadingRE Email, March 2019 || When selecting the theme for this month’s email campaign, there was quite an obvious choice. Of course, we had to put a new spin on the classic “March Madness”, so some of Iowa’s most famous foods went head-to-head in a food fight for the ages. This email was distributed to all LeadingRE members and eventually made its way to Facebook where the public could vote for their favorites. As an added bonus, the Facebook posts doubled as free social resources for agents to share on their own business pages for the entire month. Final results: This campaign earned the highest engagement amongst all posts on the Iowa Realty Facebook page.

 
 
 

2018 LeadingRE Email Campaign || We’ve always kept humor at the heart of this campaign as we think everyone needs a little joy in their inbox! Our original campaign was based on fun facts about Iowa, as most recipients of the monthly email have never been to this state. The branding and design of the efforts has evolved over the year, but the voice has always been consistent. Our personal favorite? See the turkey below - Note, “Gobblers Rest” is in fact a real location!
