WHAT’S WITHIN FIVE

 

When faced with a shifting real estate market, the question was brought up - “What are we doing differently than the competition to sell homes?” … and thus, What’s Within Five was born. This social campaign is focused on selling more than just a home; It’s about selling a community and a lifestyle.

The primary campaign goal is to illustrate all there is to see and do within a five minute, walk, bike ride, or even drive of select Des Moines’ neighborhoods and suburbs. The core objectives revolve around building a strong social presence with a TV-like episode lineup, highlighting unique search features on IowaRealty.com, and establishing working relationships with local businesses.
